Jaken Medical’s In-House Biomed Team of Refurbishment Wizards
Purchasing cardiology or radiology equipment can often times be costly and risk-associated, and that risk increases when buying reconditioned equipment. Consumers want to ensure their purchases are backed up by a strong warranty, but this becomes tricky when they aren’t even aware of who will be working on any defective products. Most companies that offer warranties for their products don’t have in-house technicians to work on defective equipment, so they likely will have to send the equipment to outside service/refurbishment teams.
Luckily for Jaken Medical customers, we have an extremely knowledgeable, in-house biomedical department with exceptionally skilled service technicians. Here at Jaken Medical, quality and efficiency are some of our top priorities. Being ISO 9001 Certified, our process for refurbishment is done with extreme excellence and precision. Every piece of equipment we receive is handled with care, and will not be shipped back until a full inspection and repair is conducted.
Strong Warranty = Lower Risk/Cost
We are so assured with our team’s ability to resuscitate and restore cardiology equipment and supplies, that we will typically offer 1-year parts and labor warranties for all cardiology equipment. All of our accessories and supplies come brand new with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Jaken Medical’s test equipment is calibrated and refurbished to original OEM specifications.
