The monitor can withstand the rigors of tough clinical use and cleaning. It also has a battery with a long run time, which will still maintain data and allow you to plug it in and continue to use it even when discharged. The long battery life will allow you to move and monitor from one patient room to the next. The Refurbished GE Carescape V100 Vital Signs Monitor includes the same advanced parameters and algorithms as other higher acuity GE monitors, so you can consistently measure across all care areas, such as ED to OR to ICU to PACU to Surgical. It will give you the confidence that when a patient’s measurement deviates, it is due to the patient’s condition not the difference between monitors.
