The GE VIVID i Ultrasound System is GE’s most popular portable cardiovascular ultrasound system. Weighing in at only 11 pounds, it makes it one of the lightest cardiovascular ultrasound systems on the market today. The VIVID i is loaded with cardiovascular features such as stress echo, IMT calculations, LVO contrast, CW Doppler, Auto EF, Speckle Reduction, TSI, Tissue Velocity Imaging, and much more. Additional performance features such as speckle reduction help reduce any type of artifact during the exam. Smart Stress option will help improve workflow, shorten exam time and provide risk scoring and reporting for all stress echo procedures. The VIVID i can use a wide range of ultrasound probes…16 to be exact. These probes include transthoracic and transesophageal as well as adult echo and pediatric probes. The 3Sc-RS single-crystal cardiac probe can be used for increased image quality and productivity throughout echo exams. Choose from the 9L-RS or the 12L-RS for vascular studies, MSK, or needle guidance procedures. The VIVID i can export images in DICOM format to send to a DICOM reader or PACS system. It can also export images in raw data format for easy connectivity to Echopac V201.
