GE Corometrics 172 Fetal Monitor
The GE Corometrics 172 Fetal Monitor features a large LED display that allows you to easily confirm fetal heart rate and uterine activity. It has fetal high/low threshold alarms and the ability to offset heart rate when monitoring twins to separate their heart rates. It comes with Heartbeat Coincidence to ensure that you are not monitoring the same fetus twice. Fetal movement detection allows you to monitor gross fetal movements and automatically record them on strip chart paper. It has an independent volume control to help you be more accurate when monitoring. It uses two standard RS232 interfaces for CIS and NIBP and allows ambulatory monitoring with Corometrics 340 telemetry interface. It has a unique Fetal Acoustic Stimulator interface to automatically annotate the strip when generating a vibroacoustic pulse during NST.
