Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms of our return policy. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returns or cancellations that are not the result of an error on the part of Jaken Medical, including situations where an item is no longer needed, was ordered incorrectly, or the wrong item was selected. The applicable restocking fee may vary depending on the product and circumstances of the return.
If a return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Jaken Medical will cover the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee will be waived. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund, except when the charge resulted from an error on our part or when otherwise required by law.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that shipping rates for many of our products are calculated based on weight. For shipping purposes, weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of our shipping carriers.
Important Shipping Time Notice
While several shipping options may be available at checkout, selecting an expedited shipping method does not necessarily guarantee overnight or expedited delivery. Actual delivery times depend on several factors, including when your order is placed, current product availability, our daily shipping cutoff times, and whether an item is currently in stock at Jaken Medical. Some products are ordered from or drop-shipped directly by our vendors and manufacturers, whose processing and shipping times may differ from ours. For this reason, we cannot guarantee overnight, 2-day, or other expedited delivery unless availability and shipping timing have been confirmed with us in advance.
