The Newman Medical ABI-450CL Automated ABI & ABI Stress Testing System is an advanced vascular system that performs lower extremity physiological arterial exams including single-level protocols and exercise protocols. It is quick and easy to use and produces excellent results when you need to diagnose the lower extremity peripheral artery disease. Since it is easy to use it reduces the need for intensive staff training and or retraining time. It produces accurate full-page reports with the documentation needed for reimbursement (CPT code 93922, 93924). Reports can be displayed on a large computer screen and be used for storing, printing, and sharing results. It comes with a cuff link main control unit that is considered to be a simple integrated speed machine. It integrates a 4 port cuff selector, interchangeable Doppler probes, pressure sensors, pump, and has control software. It makes exams easier and faster to perform while also reducing errors. It allows a user to step through the exam with a push of the button. It has a large easy to read display of the current cuff pressure and has easy-to-use push-button inflation with automated cuff deflation to ensure accurate readings. It also has a one-button waveform creation. The Newman Medical ABI-450CL Automated ABI & ABI Stress Testing system comes with a powerful yet simple ABI 450CL software that saves your time and helps with performance. It can perform automatic index calculations and stores each exam with a timestamp. You can customize your report with your log and contact information. It has editable drop-down menus to help with different operations and interpreters. It has Dropdown ICD-10 codes and suggested CPT codes and interpretation. The Newman Medical ABI-450CL Automated ABI & ABI Stress Testing System has multiple selectable formats to store reports such as PDF, TIFF, CSV, BMP, JPG, and the option to have DICOM software. For single-level exams, it can be done using Doppler or PPG as the pressure sensor and meets with CPT code 93922. It can perform ABI with dual ankle Doppler pressures and PVR waveforms or ABI with toe (TBI) with dual ankle Doppler pressure and PVR waveforms. The Newman Medical ABI-450CL Automated ABI & ABI Stress Testing system also reports vascular exercise exams useful for pseudo claudication of a patient with PAD symptoms (ABI with exercise – CPT code 93923 and ABI stress with the treadmill – CPT code 93924).
All cuff link vascular probes provide the sensitivity and reliability you would need in an ABI system. All probes work on all Cufflinks for maximum versatility. It comes with an 8MHZ vascular probe that has a smooth contour design that is comfortable to hold and comfortable for the patient. It is easy to clean and allows you to measure vessels near the surface of the radial, posterior tibia, and dorsalis pedis arteries. The 450CL system comes with a complete set of specialized vascular cuffs. They are made of a washable soft material over a non-latex bladder.
