We offer our repair services for $139/hour for bench labor, $179/hour for field labor, and a travel rate of $75/hour. There is also a $60 evaluation fee on all repairs. If you choose to have your equipment repaired, the evaluation fee is waived.
We offer a wide range of service and repair options: standard on-site repair, depot repair (mail-in), annual service contracts (fully covers parts and labor), bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance service contracts, and labor warranties.
Our in-house, certified biomedical technicians follow a very specific ISO 9001:2015 Certified process for refurbishing and servicing medical equipment in order to maintain a thorough and effective procedure.
