The Biodex Econo Echocardiography Table is an ergonomically designed table that was made to keep the safety of the sonographer in mind. The table was designed with a cardiac drop-down cushion that allows you to have access to the patient at almost any side with ease. Open access is provided to the patient’s left thorax area for an unobstructed approach. The Biodex has many options and items that help improve the comfort and safety of both the patient and sonographer. The table has an extra-wide top with a 500lb patient capacity and thus is suitable for bariatric patients. The height range can be down to 23” and can accommodate wheelchair transfers and those with ambulatory difficulties. It can perform Fowler positioning, 0-80 degrees, and was designed to accommodate natural body extension and sitting positions without sliding or shifting. It comes with a Naugahyde antimicrobial mattress cover with Advanced BeautyGard to protect against bacteria. It has a durable hand controller that can activate the motorized table positions.
