Exergen Disposable Caps – Sold individually (One sleeve, 50 Caps), OR by the box (1000 Caps)
One sleeve of 50 Caps or one Box of 1,000 (20 sleeves of 50 each). Latex free. Caps fit all Exergen Temporal Scanner Professional Models. The coves are disposable as well as resposable; meaning that they can be used once and discarded or reused on the same patient. The caps are available for all levels of cross-contamination protection, should they be preferred for certain patient populations, and are still very cost effective. These options include resposable caps and full instrument sheaths, with the sheaths mainly being used for isolation patients.
Using the Resposable/Disposable Caps:
- Apply cap by pushing onto the sensor head with fingers. Remove cap by pushing edge forward with thumb. Caps may be reused on the same patient.
