The GE MAC 1600 is one of GE’s most advanced diagnostic EKG machines ever released. With GE’s 12SL ECG analysis program, it provides diagnostic confidence and a second opinion to the doctor who is reading the ECG. Hookup Advisor by GE also helps provide accurate and easy to read ECGs. The hookup advisor feature helps improve signal quality by letting the technician or doctor know when the patient is hooked up incorrectly. It will help decrease the number of repeat ECGs, the amount of wasted paper, and is a standard feature on all MAC 1600 EKG machines. The connectivity options of the GE MAC 1600 make it easy and simple to connect to EMR, MUSE, or GE’s Cardiosoft. Connecting through EMR will need to be done by purchasing the XML export option. The XML export option will allow you to export in XML from the unit to an external SD card. Another connectivity option will be LAN. Purchasing the optional LAN communication will allow you to directly connect to MUSE or GE’s Cardiosoft ECG database. For a cost-effective stress test system, you can also upgrade the GE MAC 1600 to have stress. The MAC 1600 is compatible with the GE T2100, T2000, GE eBike, and Trackmaster TMX425. The MAC 1600 is ideal for small private practices, small-medium cardiology offices, or mid-size urgent care facilities.
