To Our Valued Customers - A Message About COVID-19
For over 23 years, Jaken Medical has been committed to customer satisfaction. While striving to enhance the quality of equipment used by the medical practitioner, we now have a brand new battle ahead of us with COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We believe that every person has an important role in all of this, and Jaken Medical will remain focused on providing the highest standard of medical equipment to those who need it during this time.
At the time of writing this, WHO (World Health Organization) has recorded 462,684 cases and 20,834 deaths from COVID-19. Although our focus before this virus was centered on helping cardiologists and radiologists, it is vitally important for us to ensure that hospitals and other practices are getting the monitors, ventilators, thermometers, and other supplies/accessories necessary to fight this virus.
Our greatest condolences go out to those directly affected by this virus. Loss of loved ones, businesses affected, and overall economic impact have been felt worldwide. You are not alone in this fight, and we at Jaken Medical will remain committed towards doing our part.
Minimizing the amount of workers in our office at one time has been one of major efforts in fighting spread bacteria. While some of our work force can work from home, others have been switching shifts and sanitizing their work spaces relentlessly. We want to make sure that each piece of equipment that goes out to the end-user is sanitary and ready for use.
While we recommend that those who can stay indoors do so, we also want to give a huge thank you to all essential workers doing their job to help society in these trying times. Where there is a will, there is a way, and we believe that we will overcome this and be stronger for it.
