The Newman Medical ABI-600CL ABI System is an automated, PC-based vascular testing system designed to perform single-level, multi-level, and exercise ABI studies, including treadmill testing. Built for efficiency and ease of use, the system helps clinicians quickly evaluate and diagnose lower extremity peripheral arterial disease (PAD) while producing clear, professional reports for documentation and reimbursement.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the ABI-600CL requires minimal training and enables fast, accurate exam performance. The system generates full-page customizable reports that can be viewed on a large computer screen and easily stored, printed, or shared.

At the core of the system is the Cuff-Link™ main control unit, which integrates the 8-port cuff selector, pressure sensors, pump, interchangeable Doppler probes, and control software into a single streamlined interface. The included Cuff-Link remote allows users to step through each stage of the exam with the push of a button, improving workflow and helping reduce potential errors.

The Cuff-Link unit features a large, easy-to-read cuff pressure display, push-button inflation, and automated cuff deflation to ensure accurate pressure measurements. Waveforms can be generated with a single button press, making exams faster and easier to perform.

The ABI-600CL includes powerful yet intuitive software designed to simplify exam documentation and reporting. Automatic index calculations eliminate manual calculations and save time, while each exam is automatically stored with a timestamp for easy record keeping. Reports can be customized with your facility’s logo and contact information.

The Cuff-Link includes a high-sensitivity built-in Doppler that allows clinicians to clearly hear blood flow during exams. A unique magnetic probe holder securely cradles the probe when not in use, helping prevent damage.

The system includes an 8 MHz vascular probe with a smooth, ergonomic contour for comfortable patient use and reliable signal detection. A complete set of specialized vascular cuffs is also included. These cuffs are soft, washable, and long enough to fully encircle the limb, ensuring accurate pressure measurements.
